Let's Keep this simple and jargon free. First and foremost this is all for fun/entertainment. The idea of the PCAA is meant to be positive and provide enjoyment and motivation to our members. Prize Giveaways are a beneficial way to give back to the community that the PCAA hopes to build.

Your Data

This section highlights what we do with your data that you submit to The PCAA through its website, www.thepcaa.com.

• Data is purely for the use of submissions to the PCAA.
• If you have submitted an Image as part of the submission, then you, the copyright holder, gives the PCAA permission to Use, Modify and Distribute the image as seen fit.
• Data submitted (Name, Email, Telephone) will not be distributed or sold to any 3rd Party.
• Data submitted is not stored by The PCAA website, either in it's hosting or database. It is securely stored in its email account, that the service provider handles and accountable for all GDPR undertaking.
• The PCAA will use your data (Name) along with your submitted image to produce works that will be published on it's own website and via it's other social media channels. Email and Telephone will never be disclosed.
• We will use your Email and/or Telephone in which to contact you in relation to the Submission you have provided or Prize Giveaway that you have subsequently gained free entry to.

The Prize Giveaway

• This is a Prize Giveaway not a Competition.
• All entries are free and no paid entry route is available.
• All entries have an equal chance of being selected.
• Selection will be made at random by a random number generator or equivalent.
• Current Prize Giveaway is £250 of Hobby Supplies.
• Entries will be limited to 2000 entries.
• There is no expiration, only when 2000 entries are reached will a lucky winnner be selected.

How to Enter

• Entry is open to anyone, anywhere in the world.
• Free Entry can be gained in return for contributions to the PCAA in the form of "Pile of Shame" or "Progress Was Made" Submissions.
• Free Entries are also included as free bonuses of Patreon membership.
• Submissions can be made through the website or via email.

What Counts as a Valid Entry?

• Only valid Entries will be added into the prize draw.
• Free Entries included as bonuses to Patreon membership will be deemed valid once Patreon pledge has been received for that month.
• Contributions to the "Pile of Shame" and/or "Progress Was Made" will need to be accompanied by Name, Email and Contact Telephone No. to be Valid.
• The Submissions to Contributions, must be relevant to Subject Matter to be Valid, this is at the discretion of the PCAA.
• Only one valid entry per person via the "Pile of Shame" contribution route.
• Only one valid entry per person per "Progress Was Made" Video submission.
• Any Valid entries received after the Target Entries has been reached will be automatically entered into the next Free Prize Giveaway.
• The PCAA has the final decision on what is counted as valid entry or not.

Drawing a Winner

• Once the Target Entries has been achieved a random winner will be drawn.
• Winner will be drawn at random via a random number generator or via a Random Wheel Picker.
• Video evidence of Random Draws will be posted on Social Media Channels or The PCAA Website.
• The Winner will be contacted via the Email that was provided with Entry.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 Working Days to claim their prize. Then the prize will be deemed unclaimed and be rolled over to a new draw.

Claiming the Prize

• Winner will be contacted via Email.
• Communication of Acknowledgement of Winning has to be received within 10 Working Days in order to claim the Prize.
• Winners based in the United Kingdom will be provided with £250 of Hobby Supplies (Recommended Retail Price, RRP, is used to calculate prize total).
• If the Winner is based outside the United Kingdom, then the currency equivalent, minus shipping and any Local Custom Charges will be provided as a prize.
• The PCAA reserves the right to offer a cash equivalent in certain circumstances. However we will endeavour to fulfil the prize that is stated.

Liability

• We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Free Prize Giveaway or as a result of accepting any prize. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Free Prize Giveaway. Nothing shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
